We started in 1996, and we never stopped nerding out
Eric and Janelle have been a team — in business and in life — since the mid-1990s. Over that time they've closed more than 2,000 homes and over $2 billion in Silicon Valley real estate, and built one of Compass's top-ranked teams in the region.
Somewhere along the way, clients started calling them the Property Nerds. It stuck because it's true: they geek out on floor plans, roof assemblies, appraisal math, disclosure packages and neighborhood history. For mid-century modern homes — where the architecture is the value — that turns out to be exactly the right kind of nerd to hire.

Every valuation is built from real comparable sales and adjusted for the things that actually move an Eichler — original plan, atrium, roof, glazing, remodel quality — not a blind price-per-foot.

Where we work
Home base is Los Gatos, and San Jose's Willow Glen Eichler tracts — Fairglen Additions, Fairhaven and Rose Glen — are a short drive north. We also represent buyers and sellers in the Eichler neighborhoods of Cupertino (Fairgrove), Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos and Palo Alto, plus mid-century homes by Mackay, Streng and other modern builders.
